Community guidelines

Yupvue is a global community of many types of people, who all have the right to feel comfortable and who may not think what you think, believe what you believe, or see what you see. So, be polite and respectful in your interactions with other members.
Yupvue Community Guidelines are here to help you understand what it means to be a member - Do not forget that your use of the platform (www.yupvue.com) is subject to these Community Guidelines and our Terms of Service.
All our Community Guidelines are applicable to all comments, content, images, and videos posted and other services (Gigs, Find Jobs, and Vacation rental).
If you find content that shouldn’t be on Yupvue, please report them to us. We use your reports to learn and evolve our standards, and work with subject matter experts to inform and update our guidelines.
Yupvue Rules
- Spreading of fake or misleading, harmful, hateful and violent content are prohibited.
- Manipulation of images or videos to degrade or shame, stalking, harassment or bully are unacceptable.
- Hateful activities such as the support for white supremacy, discrimination, attacking of protected or vulnerable individuals or groups are not accepted.
- Distribution of content that reveal Personal Information such as Personal ID, financial or medical history, passport information, Private contact information and addresses, Online login details (usernames and passwords) and Photos of private people that they don’t want posted online are prohibited.
- Distribution of Fetish imagery, Vivid sexual descriptions, Graphic depictions of sexual activity Images of nudity where the poses, camera angles, or props suggest pornographic intent are not allowed.
- Exploitation of people or animals (Physical, Financial and Sexual exploitation) are prohibited.
- Any form of illegal activities such as Scamming, Blackmailing, human and sex trafficking, slavery, servitude and forced or compulsory labor, identify thief and drugs dealings are prohibited.
- Promotion of harmful or deceptive products and practices such as Online gambling and lotteries, Counterfeit documents, Privacy violating products or services and Impersonation or misrepresentation are not allowed.
- All terrorism, Gangs and criminal organizations activities are banned.
Rules Enforcement
- Suspension of accounts that create or spread fake or misleading, harmful, hateful and violent content.
- Blocking of accounts involved in stalking, harassment or bully behavior.
- Suspension of accounts that promote distribution of pornographic content.
- Suspension of accounts involved in sharing people private information.
- Blocking the distribution of content and accounts involved in practices that risk harm to people or animals, including sexual, physical, or financial exploitation.
- Permanent removal of all accounts involved in illegal and hateful activities.
- All accounts involved in deceptive and harmful practices will be blocked.
- Accounts involved in terrorism, Gangs and criminal activities will be reported to the appropriate Government Agency.
In addition to the above rules, we may remove or suspend users that violate the below guidelines:
- Privacy violations
- copyright or trademark infringement
- Infringement of people's intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
- Posting of any content that violates laws or regulations.
- Using Yupvue name, logo or trademark in a way that confuses people.
- Accessing or tampering with our systems or our technical providers’ systems.
- Interfering with people on Yupvue or our hosts or networks, like sending a virus, overloading, spamming or mail-bombing.
- Break or circumvent our security measures or test the vulnerability of our systems or networks.
- Using any undocumented or unsupported method to access, search, scrape, download or change any part of Yupvue.
- Trying to reverse or alter our software.
- Collect or store personally identifiable information from Yupvue or people on Yupvue without permission.
- Sharing your password with people to access your account or do anything that might put your account at risk.
- Attempt to buy or sell access to your account or usernames, or otherwise transfer account features for compensation.
- You are not allowed to use Yupvue if it would be prohibited by US sanctions. Personal accounts and business accounts are currently not available in North Korea. Business accounts are currently not available in Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea or Syria.
- Don't create or operate accounts that aren't authentic, create accounts en masse, or create new accounts for the purpose of violating our guidelines.
- You are not allowed to create or save content that is repetitive, deceptive, or irrelevant to make money.
- Don't link to websites that are unsafe, deceptive, untrustworthy, unoriginal, or that facilitate or encourage spam. Websites should have original content that adds unique value to Yupvue users.
- Don't send unsolicited messages or make irrelevant comments in bulk, especially when these are deceptive or commercial in nature.
- Don't attempt to artificially manipulate distribution, clicks or other metrics, including but not limited to, buying or selling engagement, "stuffing" irrelevant keywords, generating inauthentic traffic, using fake or compromised accounts to perform coordinated actions.
- Don't attempt to evade our anti-spam systems, for example, by using shorteners, redirects or intermediate websites to obscure a link's final destination.
- All advertisers must disclose the commercial nature of their content. In addition to abiding by the Community Guidelines, all advertisers are responsible for complying with all advertising laws and Federal Trade Commission regulations including the FTC’s Endorsement Guidelines.
In Conclusion
If you don't feel that you can abide by our Community Guidelines as outlined above, maybe Yupvue isn't for you. We've crafted these guidelines to ensure that everyone within the Yupvue community has a good time.
